Year 6 Spring Spelling Bee

Today the children in Year 6 participated in our termly Spelling Bee. We were so proud that every single child took part and attempted Round 1 and it was very close in terms of who qualified for Round 2.
We had a lot of children scoring top marks who then faced a new, trickier selection of words, which was fantastic to see.
We finally narrowed it down to the final round with 7 children competing. 2 children ended up with full marks so were awarded the titles of Spring Spelling Bee Champions for Year 6. Well done to all of our competitors and congratulations to our winners from each class!
