Year 2 Visit Hounslow Mosque

As part of our learning about the Islamic religion, Year 2 visited Hounslow Mosque yesterday. We jumped on the 235 bus which took us all the way into Hounslow. We walked a short distance to reach the Mosque. This was a great visit as the children learnt a great deal more about how a mosque operates and why the 5 Pillars of Islam so important. The children were very well behaved and they asked and answered many questions. It was clear that they already had a good knowledge of the faith. Well done Year 2!
