Year 1’s Special Visitor from the Past

Year 1 had a special visit from Florence Nightingale yesterday! She taught them the same techniques that she had taught nurses in the past so the children had a go scrubbing the hall clean, wrapping wounds, and wearing protective equipment. The kids had a great time and hopefully can use some of their new cleaning skills at home!
