Year 1 visit the National Portrait Gallery

We had a great trip today to the National Portrait Gallery. The children were excited to take the tube to Leicester Square and then it was a short walk to the gallery. When were the there, the children saw lots of different portraits of the different Queens. The children were even able to try and sketch their own portrait of Queen Elizabeth I. We had a fabulous day and the children throughly enjoyed it.
