Good roots run deep

In the last two weeks Reception have proved themselves to be a very sporty bunch!

They have taken part in Day of Sport, where they tried a range of new activities including curling and mini golf. They had a fantastic time taking part in athletic competitions and proved themselves to be very able gymnasts. 

They then completed their Sports Day. Even though it was incredibly hot they participated brilliantly and completed all of the activities. They enjoyed balancing on the benches, kicking the football at the target and running the egg and spoon race.
