Reception’s Under the Sea Dance

On Friday, Reception created their own dances based on animals found under the sea.
They learnt a simple routine using movements that represented the waves moving backwards and forwards, a fish darting about and an octopus with its long legs. They then added their own movements based on a chosen creature.
The children did a brilliant job joining their movements together and are becoming more confident listening to the beat in a piece of music.
