Good roots run deep

This half term in PE we are working on our team work and communication skills. 

We began our lesson by designing an obstacle course using hoops and cones. Once we were happy with the design and had tried it a few times we made it more difficult by introducing blindfolds! The children then had to guide their partner through the obstacle course using only words. 

Initially the children found the challenge quite tricky as their partner's went off in different directions! However, they soon realised that they needed to give clear instructions and were very pleased when their partner completed the course.
