Good roots run deep

Yesterday we were lucky as the children were able to take a walk around Brentford to investigate the local area. We walked past the church, past the library and then up to the train station. We then crossed the road, walked through the butts and then down Brentford High Street. Finally we headed towards the River Thames. Along the way the children were asked to draw pictures of the human and physical features that we saw. The children walked a long way but they did a great job. Well done Year 1!
