Good roots run deep

This afternoon a member of the Borough's active travel team came to school to present our Gold level travel STARS certificate for last year.  This comes on the eve of this year's Walk to School week which starts on Monday.  This award scheme recognises the efforts of pupils, families and staff to use sustainable transport and as a result, support general health and wellbeing.  Miss Browne, our Travel Plan Lead and a group of children from the school were pleased to receive this year's award.
