Fun in Year 1!

Curriculum Enrichment day is all about learning through exciting new experiences. 1L have had a fantastic day learning about a new country and culture, through music.
Our day learning about Brazil began with a junk percussion workshop followed by mask-making for our very own carnival. Next came a taste of samba dancing, decorating biscuits and making our very own maracas. The day ended with the children dancing and playing their instruments. And did I forget the 'Build-a-Burger' lunch? What an amazing day!
