Detectives on the case!

Today in our English groups we discovered a mystery…the strange death of Sir Charles Baskerville! The children entered the room to the ‘crime scene’ and were incredibly excited and engaged, ready to hear the next part of our group text, ‘The Hound of the Baskervilles’ and identify important clues.
The children are now working alongside Sherlock Holmes, completing their own Detective Journals as we explore the case in the book.
The children already have a range of possible explanations, suspects and motives and I was incredibly impressed with the level of enthusiasm in the room. We can't wait to read the next chapter..!
