Good roots run deep

Today was an amazing day for us as it was Curriculum Enrichment Day. We started off our day with an animal encounter, where we were able to see and hold a variety of different animals. The children were very brave and most of them held a snake, lizard and millipede. After this workshop we made hanging bird food out of oats and seeds. We will hang them in the trees for the hungry birds. In the afternoon the children sketched the animals using brightly coloured pastels. What a fabulous day!
