Bees visit 4L

The children in years 3 and 4 were lucky to have a visit from Sara Ward to learn all about the bees she keeps.
She explained to the children that there are different bee types and the jobs each bee has. They learnt how bees are kept and why the Queen bee is important in the group.
The children enjoyed tasting some yummy honey and seeing some live bees.
