Good roots run deep

Following on from our learning about William Turner, 5/6K visited Turner's house yesterday. Upon our arrival we were told a little bit more about Turner and his house - one that he designed himself as a country retreat. We looked at some of his paintings and then learned some new watercolour techniques. After trying out some of these techniques for ourselves, we had the opportunity to explore the house itself.
