3B form a timeline

As part of our topic learning and to help the children understand where our new focus (Ancient Egyptians) fit with other historical events. Every child in 3B chose a time period, famous figure or major event stretching from the Stone Age to New Year 2025 and we worked together to put them into order on a human timeline.
It was great to hear the different events and figures that they remembered learning about in years 1 and 2 and other historical time periods that they were personally interested in or aware of.
